  • How do I contact customer service?

  • What is shipping rate?

$7.95 flat rate U.S. shipping (via USPS First Class or Priority Mail). We just started shipping internationally to Canada, the U.K. and Australia, as well! United Kingdom shipping is $22 if under 2 pounds, and $30 if over 2 pounds. Canada shipping is $25 flat rate. 

 

  • What is your return policy?

For some limited time campaigns, sales are final due to the donation-based nature of the products. We want you to be happy with your order so please contact us (support@theshopforward.com) if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

 

  • When will my order ship?

Some of our products are made to order while some are already in stock...so it could take approximately 2 weeks depending on the product. You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your package is processed by the Post Office. Please note we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times.

 

  • If I order a pre-order item and an in-stock item on the same order, will they ship together or separately?

If you order something that is pre-order (like a custom tote or item from new campaign) with an in-stock item, the entire order will wait and ship together in one shipment. If you want the in-stock item quicker, please place on a separate order so it ships immediately.

 

  • How can my organization get involved with The Shop Forward?

Contact us at support@TheShopForward.com if you are involved with a non-profit organization that would like to partner with The Shop Forward.

 

  • Can I make a donation to The Shop Forward?

The Shop Forward is not a non-profit, so we are not able accept donations from outside sources. We are a for-profit company providing an opportunity to make an impact through shopping, and our business model raises funds for causes through our product sales. You are able to add an extra donation of $1, $5, or $10 to your purchase when checking out, and 100% of those funds will be donated to the relevant cause. If you'd like to make a donation beyond that (which is amazing by the way!!), we encourage you to make the donation directly to the charity involved.

 

  • Is The Shop Forward hiring?

Our team is growing and we are always on the lookout for awesome new people to add value to our mission and growing business!
