Thank you for shopping with The Shop Forward. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on TheShopForward.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 


 

1. Order Processing

We offer a mix of in-stock, made-to-order, and custom products. Processing times vary depending on the type of item purchased and will be clearly indicated on each product page.

  • In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1 business day

  • Made-to-Order (Campaign) Items: These items are produced after your order is placed and typically ship within approximately 2 weeks

  • Custom Items: Custom or personalized products typically ship within approximately 2 weeks

If your order contains multiple item types, items may ship separately or together depending on availability.

Processing times do not include shipping time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


 


 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Estimated delivery times after shipment may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.

 


 

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Shop Forward is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or members of your household

  • Looking around the delivery area

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

 


 

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

8. International Shipping

At this time, The Shop Forward may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees imposed by the destination country

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.

 


 

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
